Charming spot with friendly vibes

The hotel staff made us feel right at home, serving delicious meals with a variety of options. The location was just a stroll away from stunning attractions and local shops, making exploring effortless.

Despite the friendly service, the room’s air conditioning barely worked, leading to warm nights that hindered our sleep. The furniture also felt a bit dated, impacting the overall comfort of our stay.

absolutley appalled by the so-called 4-star service. a cold swimming pool area exposed to the street? really? i also couldn't believe i had to pay cash just to retrieve a towel at the pool, how quaint. woudl ve been nice if they had recognized my 'special' status and offered me an upgrade, but i guess that's asking too much.

The food is plentiful and diverse. Staff friendliness made every moment enjoyable, while the pool area offered a lovely space to unwind. The room was clean and spacious!

The incredible friendly service from Huchi made our stay special! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. One downside was the air conditioning struggling to keep the room cool. 😅

It was just an excellent fit for a break on a long journey in Puerto de la Cruz with very good value for money. The pool area was small but clean, perfect for lounging after a busy day exploring. Remember to arrive early for the sunbeds, as they fill up quickly.

I loved the comfortable bed in my double room and the fantastic outdoor chill-out lounge where I spent lazy afternoons. The pool was a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the evening entertainment was pretty fun too! Only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The limited parking options around the hotel are a hassle unless you can snag a spot at the pricy nearby shopping center. Plus, the pool area is underwhelming, with cold water and a layout exposed to street view, making it less inviting. And let’s not forget the dated interiors, which might feel more like a throwback than a retreat.

This place suits me perfectly, providing a great outdoor swimming pool, a bar/lounge area, and a welcoming restaurant. The staff even helped me with the local taxi numbers on my first stay. I’ll definitely return for Easter!
